The map shows West Lodge on left hand side, East lodge on right. (Both lodges straddle the bridleway, and each is actually two separate dwellings).
The bridleway (technically a path designed for horses and pedestrians, but in this case it is wide enough for modern vehicles) runs approximately east - west. St. Pancras church is just above the last "ch " of "church", and the graveyard (where Charles and his wife Elizabeth are buried) is above it, and extends to the north as far as the bridleway.
The mansion is the hatched square building (just above the "R" of "Rousdon"), the buildings to the left of the mansion are the stables and servants' quarters. The meteorological observatory (wind tower) is at the top end of East Lodge garden. The astronomical observatory is on the right of the mansion, in the wooded area just above and to left of the letter "A" in "Astronomical Observatory". You can see that Charles did not have to walk far to get to work.
